This product is a web based application for scheduling Cisco telepresence meetings.
The work involved redesigning the existing portal. I worked along with another Interaction Designer.
Initial user research and stakeholder discussions were conducted by the other designer involved. I stepped into the project after one iteration of wireframes were created. I took the necessary KT from the other designer and simplified the flows and wireframes involved for the typical user. Later worked on the screens for admin users.
The biggest achievement was that all the scheduling process could be done within single screen, as opposed to 4-5 screens in the earlier design.
