This product is a document management cum payment processing system. It is a windows based desktop software, with a few web modules as well.
Employer is Khumbu Information Systems. Client is SMI, they work for the state (in US), for a process called Child Support.
The work involved defining and implementing UX process for five phases of the project. I worked as individual contributor.
Initially, a heuristic evaluation of the existing interface was done, thereby defining UX goals for the re-design. After defining UI specifications, the UI was created as WPF skins. The front-end UI is coded using Expression Blend; followed by usability Testing and UI Documentation.
