This is a product of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A, designed for wholesale businesses to enable their employee expense reporting. This is a legacy product, which was being revamped to include improved functionality and also to be responsive across multiple devices and platforms. The work involved all stages of UCD, from gathering requirements to usability testing. There were separate teams for user research, visual design and content writing.
