This is a product of Pitney Bowes Software. It is a municipal infrastructure management tool, used by city councils and towns. It is primarily a desktop product. Few modules of the product are being migrated to web, with enhanced functions, using design system. I worked on Dashboard, Customer services and Work zone modules. The work involved all stages of UX scrum cycle, which are 2 sprints ahead of development. The work includes interacting with product managers and users to understand business and user requirements. Work includes deriving insights from calls with customers, creating journey maps, wireframes and Axure prototypes. Accessibility testing is also done using tools like aXe and Accessibility Developer Tools.
